What to include
- Tool bug: the tool name, browser, expected result, and the smallest non-sensitive example that reproduces the problem.
- API Guard: the email on the account and a short description. Do not send passwords, session cookies, API keys, or private OpenAPI documents.
- Billing: the account email and Polar order or subscription reference. Never send card details.
- Privacy: state whether your request concerns an API Guard account, server logs, or another data question.
Security reports
If you believe you found a security issue, use the subject line Security report. Include safe reproduction steps and the affected URL. Do not access data that is not yours, disrupt the service, or publish sensitive details before there has been a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
Free tool data stays local
The free developer tools process input in your browser. Cryonel support cannot retrieve text you pasted into a tool because it is not uploaded. If you need help with an input, create a minimal example with secrets and personal data removed.
Response expectations
Cryonel does not currently promise a formal support response time. Account access, billing, privacy, and responsible security reports are prioritized. General feature suggestions may not receive an individual reply.
Before sending sensitive information
Email is not a secure place for production credentials or confidential payloads. Replace secrets with placeholders, remove personal data, and share only the minimum evidence needed to understand the issue. Cryonel will never ask for your password, full payment-card number, session cookie, or private signing key.
